Qualifications:
At least 1 year in SMP Exteriors Assembly in production or related capacity Proficiency:
Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint Training expertise, communication and conflict management Knowledgeable of all assembly processes in Exterior department Knowledgeable of SMP Standard Work in Exteriors Knowledgeable of SMP Quality Standards Experience in Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Ability to bring new ideas to improve areas Analyze all applications and integrate workflow for effective implementation into production Objective of the position:
Assist department management in aligning all areas/shifts/team members in SMP Standard Work and Quality Standards.
Assist in maintaining department Continuous Improvement Main duties:
Analyze work flows within and across all departments to determine how the entire company can work better together Review the KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company operations Create an analytical process that justifies business decisions Analyze capital expenditures and project designs to help find ways to cut costs Maintain an updated outlook on all associated business costs and deliver a quarterly report on pertinent industry trends to the management team.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
