Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring
Mobile Home Community is seeking qualified Maintenance Technician for two small mobile home parks. The technician will be responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the community and providing world-class service to our valued residents. Our Maintenance Technicians diagnose maintenance issues, make necessary repairs and ensure all resident service requests and other community maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Essential Functions:
Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance &a; grounds of the property and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community. Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Diagnosing and performing maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, doors/locks, glass/screen repairs, flooring, tile work, and fencing.
Ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Make ready units for new move ins.
Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive and professional interactions.
Working a rotating on call schedule to have 24/7 maintenance coverage.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in a general maintenance position.
HVAC theory and basic trouble shooting skills required.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall and carpentry is preferred.
Basic maintenance skills with tools and ability to work with limited supervision.
Possession of proper hand tools.
Valid, state-issued driver's license and transportation with a safe driving record is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
